I couldn't go as I was at work, it would be really fantastic to get some feedback....I keep checking, so if anyone who went reads this forum could you post a reply please, it would be very much appreciated.

yes i went - looks OK, quite modern and a bit of a surprise really. doesnt address cheaper housing issues for the area - but i suppose if it actually gets started in the current slump - it will be a miracle and will improve the look of the area and tidy it up. i put pics up from the architect on the Delamere Road notice board (opposite little chippy) so people can have a look who didnt make it and details of where to send comments. - DNG Jamie
