Oct 3 2007, 2:30 PM EDT What kind of organisation runs down your community centre, demolishes it without consultation, then says you can use the land as a community site only if you stump up £100,000.00? That is complete piracy. Everyone in Manchester would recognise Bernstein's letter to be a disgraceful response. It should be publicised as widely as possible. I'm sure the South Manchester Reporter would be interested.
